NurseryGuide.com is newly rebuilt from the ground up, and we’re excited to share it with you. Below are answers to the most common questions about how to search, create an account, and make the most of the new features.
NurseryGuide.com is a nationwide resource produced by the Oregon Association of Nurseries (OAN) to help professional buyers find more wholesale plant material and help growers sell more. It connects you with trusted growers, suppliers, and service providers across the industry.
Yes! Creating a registered Professional User account is free and unlocks additional tools like saving favorites, rating plants, and personalizing your search.
Click “Register” at the top of the home page, fill out the short form, and confirm your email. Your account is active immediately.
IMPORTANT: If you are an OAN Member, your account has already been set up for you.
Yes. The site is fully mobile-friendly and designed for easy searching on phones and tablets.
You can search in two ways:
From there, you can filter results by zone, size, production type, category, exposure, availability, and more — making it easy to find exactly what you need.
Yes. You can:
Filters allow you to narrow by business type, sales type and where they ship to, so you can quickly identify the right supplier.
Yes. Listings are kept up to date by OAN members. New varieties and new listings are added frequently.
Availability is provided directly by growers. For the most accurate and updated information, we recommend contacting the company using the contact details on their profile page.
Sign in to your account and click the Favorite button on any plant or company profile page. It will be stored in your personal Favorites list, found on your Dashboard.
Favorites let you easily save plants, companies, and listings so you can return to them quickly — especially during the busy buying season.
Each company listing includes phone, email, and website so you can reach out directly.

Registered users automatically receive our Nursery Guide email updates highlighting new varieties, fresh listings, and site improvements.
Click Forgot Password on the login page. A reset link will be emailed to you.
Listings are a benefit of OAN membership. Contact OAN at Membership@OAN.org to get started or learn about membership options at OAN.org/JOIN.
Listing fees are annual and based on the total number of listings you publish each year. The more you list, the lower your per-listing rate:
1–5 listings: $7 per listing
6–25 listings: $6 per listing
26–75 listings: $5.75 per listing
76–150 listings: $5.50 per listing
151–300 listings: $5.25 per listing
300+ listings: $5 per listing
You can also feature Priority Listings for added visibility at $12 per listing.
Of course. Add, drop or archive plant, product and service listings at any time. If your total number of listings does not go up, there is no added cost. Your changes take effect on the website immediately. Your listings that are in effect on or around May 1 are those that will be published in the NurseryGuide book.
Absolutely! NurseryGuide.com serves buyers and sellers across the U.S. Many of our members list from outside Oregon.
OAN Members can log in and go to their Dashboard to update plant lists, service and supply lists, videos and photos, availability, and company information. That’s also where you pay when you’re done working and ready to take those listings live.
